Marriage is a gift from God through which we constantly receive renewal
throughout our lives. The love which makes for marriage is the same love that
God shows to the world and which unites Christ and the Church.something more
than a human contract.
Generally use of the Church for weddings is granted to those who live in
the parish or have a connection to the parish and Church.

BAPTISMS
Baptism(or as it is sometimes called,"christening")is always a
very joyful occasion in the life of the Church. It is a very ancient Sacrament
of the Church. It is a welcoming into the Church and can be the expression of
thanksgiving for new life in the family. Baptism is a life-changing event,the
beginnings of a journey of growing into faith in God and of "learning
Christian love". All enquiries in relation to Baptism(Christening) should
be directed to the minister who would be delighted to discuss this with you.

FUNERALS
The services of the Parish Minister and the resources of the Christian
Church are available to all and any in the parish at a time of bereavement. The
minister can be contacted as per "Contacts and Links" Generally the
funeral Director will make contact with the minister on your behalf to discuss
initial plans for a service date and time. Contact will be made with the family
as soon as possible to make further arrangements for the service.
